Deep fried the duck breasts in olive olive
Chopped up the meat
Topped a tortilla with meat, shredded cheese and green onions
Put another tortilla on top
Then fried in olive oil for 30 seconds each side
Microwaved for 20 seconds to melt the cheese a little more

Turned out very tasty, one of my favorite duck recipes

Looks good. I've made Chukar chili before. Keeping the wild bird moist is the key to a great recipe.
