Elk Hunting in Colorado

I planned on getting a bull tag OTC when we got there but changed my mind. I have a question. Can I pay for a tag using a credit card? If so can I do it online or do I have to do it by phone. When will they draw? Deadline is 4-01. Thanks for the help.

I was going to put in for a cow tag in unit 4 (I think), but my game book didn't have the tag app in it. There were two identical pages for the deer/bear, but nothing for the elk/antelope. By time I found out it was too late to get another. Oh well, maybe I can get something otc.

Cow Elk is over the counter this year in GMU 4 but its limited to 2,000 tags
