A couple missing pics from the sequence I have...
FTTPOW, good question. I'm no biologist. And I could be wrong. I'd feel even more confident if he had kickers off his beams - up by his G5s. I really just go off the combination of geographic location (looks like salal and maybe hemlock on the bank behind the bull), large mature bull with relatively short-n-thick antler beams they even look like they want to crown. I see about 50/50 (Roosevelt and Rocky Mtn) and when you see them together, you can really see a distinct contrast sometimes. Mostly size and color contrast.
