Elk tag

i was thinking of putting in for the bishop area elk draws this year. i know it will probably be 50 years before i draw it, so i might as well start now and get as much points as possible. my question is how much will it cost me? i think i read somewhere that its about $275 if you draw, but how much to send in apps and everything? and are the dates the same as the deer drawings? thanks for the info

Last year it was $7 for a single or $14 for a party for the application costs and $298.75 for the tag if you were successful.
