I can't say enough about how much disdain I have for the Center of Biological Diversity. My favorite Canyon to fish and hunt has been closed since the early 90s thanks to their lawsuit to protect Arroyo toads. Indians are one of the environmentalist groups favorite tools.

I don't like the idea that hunting would be banned, and large housing tracts will be built when they slice up Tejon Ranch.

It's sad the way so called "Environmentalists" have the same goal as the hunter, but can't get passed the limited harvest part. I assume this lawsuit is is directed at roadblocking the development in retribution for hunting. They don't realize that as they are filing suits we are giving real cash to conservation efforts. We want the species to do well, not just the individual animal. Most anti's I know have no idea that hunters generate over $700m a year through the Robertson/Pitttman act. If they could get passed the small amount of harvest we take, they could see we want the same things. We all want to see wildlife flourish. This guy doesn't realize that it takes money conserve the land, and that money has to come from somewhere.
