Next month Camp Roberts opens for a weekend of both Turkey and Pigs.
I want to hunt for pigs in the shotgun only areas. Do you think this would bother the turkey hunters?
Should I care?

I don't think that this will be a problem, otherwise they wouldn't let you hunt the pigs with a shotgun in the shotgun only area...

Not at all, because the turkey areas are far from the shotgun areas along the river. Almost all of our turkey pop is to the west of the river in areas 2,3,and 4. That is on the other side of the mountain to the west towards san marcas rd and G14. I've been here at camp roberts for along time, and have never had a problem with turkey vs hog hunters.So go do your thing and have a great hunt.
