puerco! When I drive by ag fields to do some scouting/snooping, sometimes Ill see a field worker. Ill shrug my shoulders with my hands up a little and say "puercos?" Some of my best info comes from those guys.

We get descriptive i.e. "the White-faced pig" or a "Red spotty" or "Calico". My hunting partner always talks about looking for the "catcher's mitt" (nutsack) etc.
