Few corrections to elk in the big Game Digest

I found a couple errors in the Digest. Hunt 447 Ft. Hunter Liggett success rate should be 100% not 0%. Also hunt 482 Tinemaha period 5 bull success rate should be 50% not 100%. These tag quotas have not been adopted yet and I am still waiting to get the final #'s on some hunts. I do not think they will change much, if anything a couple may go up in quota. Should have it by Friday or Monday at the latest. I better have it by then because it needs to get sent to the Commission.

Grizzly Island will now have 3 bull tags. I removed a Fund Raising Tag and made it good in different areas. This allows another bull to the general public. Again, Everything is still pending approval.

Received the final numbers from Region 1 and there was two changes to tag quotas for the Northeast.

Northeastern either sex - 15 tags
Northeastern archer - 10 tags

These are different than what is in the Digest. The numbers for the digest are a best guess before the final numbers are tabulated. So we ended up with an increase in the NE.
