Yes, difference is you have to check out that evening, return in the am to check in again. Called today and they will stick to teletrac system. If crashes they will go back to statement above.hope this helps.

Teletrak

Yes they had issue's of Friday, and say it is fixed. As for what I was told. The new format has you call in at 4 pm Friday, and you input your FHL permit # and then a pin #, and can add up to 4 more hunter's, by only inputting their info. At 10 pm Saturday you call and sign out, and you can sign back into the same area, but there is one thing, there is up to a 40 sec gap, that it is possible you can not get the same area.

I was the 12th to sign in for area 7 last Friday, and was trying to sign in 4 other's, and after I got in and started the 2nd person, it gave me a (not a valid #), and after 3 try's, I a got sorry goodbye.

Well, at least we can call in at 4pm Friday instead of midnight...that part sounds better. Still, I am not so sure I even want to mess with hunting FHL at this point...we'll see.
All of these changes have probably reduced the numbers of hunters this year, so for those that do hunt FHL may be competing with less people...just a guess though...maybe someone can verify that.

I'll stay the curse with FHL for now. I seem to be doing very well there, and even with the additional chaos and bureaucratic hoops it is still a nice place to be hunting.
