Where does it say this?

Or are you talking about how they allow shotgun slug now where they only allowed ML previously. Really that makes sense because I use the same copper slugs in ML and slug, just a bit different in size and weight. Heck, my ML with max load can out-shoot my shotgun as far as distance goes any day lol.

I'm talking about when you click on the elk draw on the right hand side of the screen and you scroll to the bottom where it lists the hunts, dates, and tags, and there is not a muzzleloader bull hunt anymore. Or maybe it's a typo on their part

Ah got it. Perhaps it was eliminated? I know a lot of tag quotas were lowered all over the place for big game this year.

Yea the hunt isn't listed but there is still a blurb about "only muzzleloaders are authorized"

Yup, and they reduced the number of tags from last year also. I'm not sure if it's because of the drought, but damn, that's a lot of money to buy a point!

Chat with FHL warden over the weekend and the reduced tag was in part due to the environmentalist report.

I was on the late season bull hunt over Christmas and the quality and quantity of the bulls and cows were way up there. Tons of huge bulls in bachelor herds and tons of cows everywhere. When the hunt was over they mentioned that the number of tags were going to be going up. I don't get it.
