I have a permit at the registration window, but now it looks like I won't have any free weekends to hunt for sometime. What happens to the permit if it's not used by the time the new licenses are released, can they transfer it to the 2007 season or does it need to be used before then.

Thanks for the help

I'm not sure if you are talking about annual permit or weekend.
What I know is that if it its annual then it is what it is. That's only good 'till June 30, 06. I think they might be flexible if it is weekend permit. You can call them @831-386-2677 during business hours or Friday(9-5), Sat and Sun(5am-1pm)

Good Luck!

Hi everyone! Long time since I been in the forum! LOL... But I can answer that for you, Mel... Unfortunately, they won't roll over permits (weekends or annuals) for the next hunt year.

If it is an annual permit it is good for one year pro rated, just like your hunting lic. If it is a $25 daily permit, you are out of luck...

Rannie,

Hi! It's good to hear from you again.

I was in FHL last weekend, unluckily no harvest, but was rewarded by viewing of elk, deer, coyote, falcons and eagles.

Rochelle told me she misses you a lot and tha fact that the coming weekend will be her last in the post. It appears that they are losing the contract.

Anyway, hope you are doing alright.

Best regards,

P.S. - Gave her a bottle of wine that I promised you both.
