Price drop to $80,000. Will listen to offers. Anyone hunting in that area can check it out. It really is a nice home site. I'm settled in E. Oregon and it doesn't fit into my plans anymore.

It’s going to be my family house, and I want to build it in a really nice spot, away from any cities and big roads, because I’m tired of that. I want a quiet family life, and I work remotely so I wouldn’t have to drive to work every day.
I have some experience of work with sjonessurveying.co.uk and know what a house should look like. However, I would still hire some contractors to help me with the roof and the walls. I would like to finish it in a couple of months.

I haven't contacted you yet and haven't looked at how the house looks outside or inside, but I already think I will do repairs there. I've wanted to buy a house outside the city for a long time. My current house is close to the city center by an active highway. And the traffic of cars often does not let me sleep despite the windows with good sound insulation.
