does the fort have a annual scheadule or is it only weekly.

Weekly. and they can close it any time they want......

Training is the first priority at the base.

Thanks. will deer hunting start when general season A zone opens, Or do i have to wait for the weekly report and for the draw is it to late for the opener of deer hunting to enter the fort.

During deer season for A Zone, you must check the schedule of open areas that FHL offers. You must arrive on Friday afternoons to sign-up for a lottery to try to obtain an area of your choosing, that is, the areas that are available. The deer season for FHL corresponds with the A Zone season but hunting is allowed just on weekends and federal holidays.

Thanks for the info guys ive been there way back when it was first come first serve pay at the counter. I dont remember a thing about the place now but thats why im so fired up about going again. Im going to try to make it out there someday.Ill put in for it
