1st annual Fort Hunter Liggett hog, bobcat, yote, rabbit, turkey, tree squirrel and quail hunt 11/9/2002? Monday is Vets day so we could get 3 days of hunting in. Waterfowl is also open at the same time if you want to shoot some quackers. Bubba will also be going after his elk that weekend.
Info on FHL at
http://www.jesseshuntingpage.com/fhl.html
The annual FHL hunting permit is $70.00 and the 2 day weekend hunting permit is $25.00. Both permits are available by downloading the the hunting permit application at the above website. Hunting permit applications that you can download and mail it are at the link above. Make sure you check the box on the permit application to have them leave it at the check in window for you.
We are camping at the campground for a $5.00 each night. Bubba has a Travel Trailer Four Winds Lite. Look for my Older Fullsize Black K/5 Blazer with the JHP sticker.
Pigs are iffy depending on what areas are open. You can't swing a dead cat around without hitting a yote, quail or bobcat at FHL. Plenty of cottontail bunnies if you want to do some bunny bumping.
