Fox, grouse and a Snapper..

This poor little dude must have the mange - all he did was sit there and scratch while I snapped these shots. Not sure if these pics are out of focus or if the brokeh from behind blends in with the fox's fur. What do you think?

Got a few more pics of a strutting grouse..

Then on my way to pick fiddleheads - came across this big ole snapper in the middle of the road. I bet he went a good 30 pounds.

Dam blackflies are out in full force now. I'd almost rather deal with the deer flies.....

Looks like the fox is in focus - did you crop the photos? Also looks like you might have some blur from camera shake.

The grouse pictures are great.
