Free Hog Meat

So I caught all kinds of crap on here before about depridation hunting and have givin up that discussion. But once again this time of year I find myself shooting many hogs and not haveing enough outlets for them. I am in Tres Pinos(just out of hollister) and am involved in depridation hunts and find myself with access to many dead hogs on occasion that there just isn't time or space to deal with. I would be tickled to throw them in the truck for someone to come to my place and pick up and deal with if it ment that it wasn't going to go to waste. allthough as screwed up as it is, there is allot of good meat left out by allot of theese guys on a regular basis. I would be willing to haul them back to T.P. if I knew I had a phone pool of people to call that would be willing to drive down and get them. I have access to a reefer trailer that they will sit in till pickup but am putting a 12 hour limit on pick up or it will be gone and name and number removed form the pool. again this is by no means a hunting situation just looking to make sure that some familys benifits from the meat besides the vultures and other hogs. Send me Email's or PM's could be a while before I get back to you. do the map quest and relize that 50% of the time theese hogs are shot in the middle of the week at night. I don't want to start the Dep. Permit issue again guys so please don't beat me up I just want to see things not go to waste. No there is no paid hunts and no there is no chance of getting out to help beside dragging and gutting so don't ask. Flag me if you wish I was just trying to do the right thing here.

BGH,there are some southeast asian families that take them guts and all.I don't know where tres pinos is but maybe there are some of the truck farmers in the area.So if you can load them by yourself,the work is done.As you know it is a gift thing,so having multiple people to give them to is good.I trapped 7 hogs last weekend and dressed and skinned them all,they were smaller pigs,not alot of work.Put them on ice and gave them to the landowners friends ready to cook.I got better at the dressing and skinning game and now they want more.De-pred is a tough deal ,but it is your deal with the landowner, everytime you get one your putting money into his pocket the way he wants it put there.Those that understand the whole picture of landowners rights and needs understand the need to De-pred.Good luck on finding a home for your piggies.Upper P.S. When I say money I mean Money saved!
