French ranch 2012!

Fun times and good people to share it with...we lost one of the party members this year, some of you from the bay area may have known him. His name was Freddy Sanderson formerly of Sanderson headers, and Sanderson bail bonds!!!
He was an awesome guy and those who had the chance to know him were definitely entertained... He will be missed..

$958. friday noon to sun. great food, amazing lodging and a huge ranch!

I hunted with Matty in late January, at the same lodge, and had a great time. I would highly recommend Matty and the ranch for hunting. He was wonderful with my friends son. He took him shooting squirrels in the afternoon, helped him sight in his 22 HMR. Food was great, every time I felt hungry he had something for us to eat. I have to mention his dog "King Ding A Ling" was great company. I was fortunate to shoot a 300 lb + boar, and if I can figure out how to post the picture I will. I hope to return next year for another hunt it was that beautiful. You will see just about every animal you can imagine, worth every penny.

I have hunted with Todd and the rest of the guys for the last 7 yrs, yes it's pricey, and NO it's not in Tejon! You will never see hogs with teeth like this ranch anywhere else as consistently as on the French ranch!!! 4-6" teeth!!! And giant red,calico,white hogs...

And $950 is still cheaper than Tejon for all those who aren't members and want a guided hunt, and the cabin is the nicest I have ever stayed in!

Todd, Boomer, Matt, John, are some of the nicest most experienced guides I have ever met and are good friends to have!

I know most of the guides and the ranch, and this is a top notch operation. The game is managed meticulously, and the ranch is known locally to be the best of the best.
For those that can afford it and are looking for an opportunity to experience a hunt with ample opportunity to harvest trophy animals at a pristine and expansive ranch with top-tier guides and accommodations, this would be my recommendation.
These guys know their stuff, and they are very family oriented…so it could be a memorable weekend for your family as well, if you decide to go that route.
You definitely get what you pay for with this outfit. That’s my two cents…
