I invested in a trail camera and put it where it looked like pigs had been wallowing in mud on the ranch that I guide. I switched out the memory card 3 days later and I had pig activity all three days! Definitely glad I got a trail cam...

Its better than expected-- especially the daytime pic. The cam is only 2 megapixels (1.3 at night). There are definitely more expensive cams but I see no need to upgrade.

My mates and I have signed up to go huntee @ Cottonwoods place in January. Can't wait and now that I have seen the pictures, OMG. Would have gone sooner in a heartbeat but too much going on with busted leg, trip to Antarctica etc. Don't anyone go up there and shoot ALL those hogs before we do.

And I have give you your first JHO thanks for the cool pics. I specially love the daylight one - that hog is "hamming it up" for the camera, I'm sure of it.
