Glass and Track near Tejon ???

I am still kind of new to hunting. I have been ridding horses since i was 5 and been around country stuff my whole life. My Fam has a little place in BVS. Its only one mt. range away from Tejon and we see lots of animals all over the land. The valley is about 25,000 acers. 2 weeks ago we had fam here from Tx. they set out and tracked down about 30-40 elk. Also there was a bunch of deer and 100s of quail everywere. I think my dad even said there was sum pig trouble on the other side of the valley.

So my ??? is.. Do any of yall like to go track game and glass it or take pics. i was thinking its a good way to get out side and also a good way to work on my tracking skills. I am looking to learn as much as i can from as many diffrent ways as i can. If any one would like to go Glass and Track any of the stuff wondering around the lands.. Please let me know. I can get a pass called in to the front gate. Like i said there is lots to do here. Even have our own gun range. and we can wonder around 25k acers. i wish we could hunt. but the 25k is no hunt. But i can tell you that the big elk and deer you will see are sum of the same ones u would see at tejon. the big ranch and the valley share mt. range.

If anyone has a good cam and wants to go track sum game. Im down to go along and learn. sorry we cant hunt. I kind of just thought with 25k full of game. mayb it could b like a place to learn tracking or glassing game. lol we could always hit up the shooting range thats also in the valley for sum gun fun. also i have word out that i want to hunt pigs in the area or near by. so mayb i will find a place for sum of us to go.

i am looking into the rules on the pigs making trouble. I dont know if they will hire sumone to come get them or if owners will have to hunt them. time will tell.

Yea there is big elk. look at that big rack. He better stay on our side of the Mt. range. Dont want to see him on a wall for $20k at tejon. Hey have u seen any pigs. i have herd that there is sum hog troubles in the valley.

Thank you everyone. i cant wait to get out there and chase sum game. The Lt. Col is in NC for a few days so mayb the 22nd and 23rd will be days a few of us can hit valley and mayb the range also. Just got to b ok with the cold. There could b snow by next weekend.

hey guys. i want to try and hit the range and mayb track a little this weekend. Sat is best i think becuse im sure everyone has easter stuff to do. Not sure who may have time this sat and still wants to go up to the valley. Now that the snow is not bad we will b able to get out there more often over the next few months.

i should b able to have 1 guest or mayb 2 if its a father and son or sumthing. If everything works out good mayb later dates can b a few guys each time. Hope to hear from some of u and set stuff up.
