deershed, do you think they do this on purpose? I have been thinking about this alot since I found them.

Great sheds.Realy nice haul.My thought on the yearly shed matter.You are hunting a realy nice area where that buck hasn't been put off running and is quite happy living/sheding there.

Or that may be his sheding retreat,as even a spikie can trash a stag that big with no horns.
Thats of course if your bigguns shed first like they do down here?

Thanks again. Problem is I am always wanting more. I have also passed this illness on to my 5 year old son. I take him on little hikes and "plant" a few for him to find. My wife says that I have created a monster. He has the antler bug full bore now. His faverite game is "the antler shed game." He hides them in the back yard and we go shedding to look for them.

I went to a new field this afternoon and picked up four. I left my camera in the truck so I didnt get any as it lay pics.
