Guided Hunt?

I'll be finishing up my 3 year tour in Japan in about 2 months, and I was looking to go on a long break, and I was just wondering if I was go on a guided hunt, who would I go with?? I will be doing a rifle hunt, and I live in Fresno, California. I just really want to relax, and just enjoy myself, I want to do this hunt with only me and a guide, I don't want any of my friends to come along as they're not the hunting saavy type, so it's pretty much me time. Too much stress over here on USS kitty hawk... Just want to do it with a guide, because I've never hunted in California before, so I don't know the terrain too well. I've hunted in Louisiana but that was with a good friend on a damn good lease . Any help would be appreciated!
