Ok so as I'm trying to build up point so I can possible draw a GMU 10 tag I am thinking about hunting some OTC areas. I am looking to Bivisac it for a 5-10 day trip hoping to get as far away from trails as possible. I was just wondering if anyone has any info on either steamboat springs GMU (14, 161,16) or around the Gunnison Basin (521,53, and possible 54) Even though 54 is a draw area it usually does not require any point to draw. I am looking to hunt during the archery season. Depending on where I go have a packer on stand by or just bone everything out. Not looking for any trophy's but a good quality 5 or 6 point bull. All suggestions and comments are welcomed.
