The arrival of spring can be your gateway to nature’s paradise. It is happening right now in the Bay Area. Last week’s cool nights and light rains have given way to this week’s bright sun and temperatures projected to hit the high 70s for the weekend. The air is crystal for big views from ridges, the hills are bright green with the first wildflowers of the season, and prospects are excellent for sightings of birds, wildlife or to catch fish.
