here is a tule elk bull

here is a tule elk bull that was killed at the twisselman outfitters in san luis obispo county while i was up there. a very nice bull 9X7. will post more pics later.

I know of some cattlemen from Kern County named Twisselman. Probably the same folks. How are they as outfitters?

sorry for the delay. i just saw them drive the bull to the hanger and took pics. it was a hunter from texas who shot the bull at about 400 yards from a ridge. they woke up like 5 in the morning waited all day at one spot where they spotted him before and pulled the trigger in the evening. they are located on the san luis obispo/kern county off the 58. PLM tag. i want one!

Do you have an extra $12,000 to spend. I believe that's the going rate.

yep they said they were $11,500 for the hunt and tag. most of the hunters who pay for these bulls get one for the grand slam.
