I was able to go turkey hunting on the school ranch last year but not this year. I'm actually going over to my roommate's classmate's ranch in Paso Robles tomorrow to chase turkeys and hogs. Hopefully we'll connect on something. Where did you go in AG? Was it public land? You can shoot me an e-mail if you would like. I would also like to hear more about the ranch that you went to for your hog hunt.

Jackman and Catch: FYI if you didn't already know about it Remington has a modification recall for you model 600 and or 660. I happened to take an interest in the gun recently and came across th info. I noticed the gun and mention of ownership in this post. Great job on the hogs bro! I've hunted an area about 45 minutes north of Paso for several years. Just so you know, I've seen very wild spotted and striped hogs on the same ranches the jet black pigs roam. It's cool to see a big group of solid black and brown pigs with an occasional spotted one in the group. None of the hogs in CA are pure Russian unless they are on a high fenced ranch. I know what you mean though, I prefer killing the solid color hogs too. Congrats again!!
