It was the next to the last day of archery season, pretty much in the center of the long awaited "rut" when I caught this guy coming with a solid purpose to my lonely "doe" calls...

Old Gobbler, that is some nice lens work! I can also see where that could be a potentially difficult shot too! (shadows/low light and thick brush) You did a great job making it look easy.

What are you technicals behind that? (eg camera, settings,etc)

also, what kind of doe calls were you using? was it a can-style bleat or something else?

That is one of the finest shots I have seen in a long while. I hope you don't mind but I just had to play with your shot. I will wipe it out if you say so. Don't want to offend or over step my bounds by any means.
