I hadn't had hog chops in a while, so I thawed some and grilled them. I soaked them in cider vinegar and honey for a couple of hours, tossed them on the grill, basted them with a mixture of 2 parts honey, one part cider vinegar and a few dashes of tobasco.

That sounds good, Dave!

I cooked up another hunk of meat this weekend. Gonna have to start thinking about getting another pig, soon. There's an empty spot in the freezer!

I just purchased a big deep freeze, and only have one pig in it. Lots of room left, anyone care to go on a pig hunt?
