Quiver is locked and loaded with 6 shafts ready for action and i am already going to start packing tomorrow! i want to be well prepared for this hunting adventure at choppers, i dont want to forget anything

I saw some rooting the other day.

Bubba came up for a social visit on Saturday and I thing he saw some rooting too.

I actually saw rooting in 2 places, might be a couple pigs up there.

I'm not even going on the hunt but keep looking at the post hoping to see Chop post up some recent trail cam shots. Come on Chopper throw us a bone

Here are a few pics I pulled off the game cams this weekend. It has been cold and I didn't see many critters over the holiday but there is lots of rooting.

It will be cold at night and warm up during the day. How warm is anybody's guess. Dress in layers.

I have seen LD hunt in some wierd stuff up there...carring pepper spray around him is a must when he has been on the sause!

That cute little number you wore around the campfire at the JHO hunt would be fine. I think the guys really liked it.

Whatever you bring to wear, make sure that some large part of it is waterproof. The rains are upon us. Everything else should definitely be layers... you'll start out freezing your butt off, but by noon you'll probably be sweating.
