Hey guys, here's the deal: I attend the California Maritime Academy in Vallejo. Needless to stay I'm a starving student. I work on the weekends and I've really been gettin anxious to get out and hunt some hogs but I can't afford any guided hunts right now. (Just spent the 'ol tax return on a rifle, though). Is there any good public land anyone knows of to hunt within a weekend's reach from the bay area? Anyone wanna get together, camp out

, and track some hogs? I'd absolutely love to tag along on the Pig-O-Rama however we're taking our school's ship down to South America at that time (trolling the whole way, baby!). Anyway lemme know! Thanks!

No fee to hunt Sonoma unless you are camping overnight ($10). It is bow only htough and closes at the end of March. I'm going up today to get an afternoon hunt in and try and get on the group that busted me a week ago
