Hey Shot, that little dog is a ton of fun.......and energy. I've given up the idea of bird hunting with'em, guess mostly because i don't like to bird hunt..but he's a pretty good companion in the field and enjoys walking around the woods almost as much as i do. You haven't seen the last of him, he'll be in many more pictures in the near future.......we've still got bear tags to fill

Way to go boys!!
Those are some dandy tuskers. Nothin wrong with laying down the stick and string once in a while but we do need to work on the marksmanship. Best shot I've ever seen you make Kirk was when your scope was off...ha ha!
Great pics guys!

Hey SacfireJT

You beat to it in regards to that place looking familiar. But AS seems to have found another spot.

AS,
I am most amazed at your ability to get 4 shots off at the same boar.
With a single shot rifle. Unless you hit it w/the first shot and missed the coup de gras(s). Then you're a choker.
Just kidding.

Good job.

Gyopo.....not only did i put 4 shots in'em (well, near'em), i ran back to LD and ask for more bullets!
<
Pretty sure the first one did the trick.

So i have two distinct group of friends in life, those that hunt and those that mtn bike......showed my mtn biking buddies one of the pics and this is what i got back........bastards!

Nope, but plenty of ponds where hogs wallow. I'm duck blind....as in, i don't see'em.

Nice work guys. I'd be a liar if I said I wasn't jealous of ya'll getting out among the hogs, regardless of weapon.

Next time take a camera man, I know one with a cool accent!

We would but he's too short to video over Tony's shoulder....we definately did not want any video record of this hunt, that'd almost be embarassing...almost. Just happy (lucky) we killed or you guys would have never heard about this trip.

That Georgia feller can edit too, a little Skynard in there to cover the "boom, boom, damn, boom, damn, boom" is all you need.

Of course I will carry my bow to back you up, a camera man is only as good as his ability to watch you 6!

I bet the reality of it was LD was poking you in the side every time you went to shoot. Testing your focus you know. Either that or that pup was licking you on the cheek every shot.
