hog hunting in ojai?

Looking for new places to hunt on blm land. I have heard of people getting pigs in the lower elevation blm land outsmarting private lands, any recommendations? is Ojai worth my time are there other places that i could put my time to better use? Im located in camarillo and want a place i can go up for half the day to do a hunt.

Your asking alot there, 1/2 day BLM hunt? the only advice I can offer is Xmaps, find the BLM land look for water and go in after the rain look for fresh sign.
