It was alot of fun. Nothing beats sitting in wild oats, watching the grass wave in the breeze as the sun sets over the pacific. It's a cleansing for the soul.

For those of you that have never been to VAFB, look at the photo of Jim sitting in the grass looking out at the ocean. Where that photo was taken was a few hundred yards of the northern boundry of the base. If you blow the photo up a little, you'll see a mountain peak on the horizon. The southern boundary of the base is on the other side of that peak, on the pacific ocean. Gawd that's pretty country, when the sun shines.

look around and see all the wonderfull things in the world... take in the beauty around u as u smell the fresh air with ocean breez. and taking it all in with sum good buddys... cant get much better than that. :smiley_green_with_e
