Does anybody know of a good location that will process game animals (hogs, deer, etc) close or in the San Bernardino, Redlands area? Other than my garage that is.

257; there was a place called SMITTY'S (?) in Paris if that is close enough. They are tied in with Big Horn Ranch. I used it several years ago...pretty sure on the name.
