Hog sighting

A buddy of mine called me yesterday telling me he just seen a group of hogs off hwy 20 as he was heading to Clear Lake. He tells me there were at least 100 in the group, he thought they were turkeys at first. Now my buddy is know to spread the truth a little, 100 in a group is hard to believe.

Anyhow, he seen them about 10 miles east of the Cache Creek walk in area.

Just thought I would pass this on.

Usually with a buddy of mine who loves to stretch the truth, I use the "DIVIDE BY 10" rule on him. So if I hear him say, "I just saw a 1000 aleutians." I would answer back, Wow there were 100 of them out there huh? But thanks for letting us know. That would have to be the closest public land for me to hunt and I've been doing some research so I'm glad someone has spotted hogs around there.
