Ok snipes,a trap like you have catches 3 and 4 or 5 hogs at a time. The next time you trap it will be harder to catch. The hardest thing is what to do with the harvast,be ready.Go corn just corn.Speaking of corn, did you hear of the nearsighted porkypine that married a pincushon. If you have the time ,build a big trap aand you will catch them all. Uppppppppper

Snipes, tye your door open for about the first week, and get them comfortable eating in the trap. other wise you will catch the bravest hog first. after the have been feeding on your bait for a few days, they will be pushing each other out of the way to get in and eat, thats when you go ahead and set the trap. this will raise the odds of traping more than one hog at a time.
if you don't get the results your after with dry corn , try letting it soak in a bucket of water.
wet corn is very aromatic, and can help get the ones that are a little harder to trap

The diesel is more to keep the racoons and turkeys from eating it before the hogs get to it.
I have never tried the blackgold, but the inheat scents have worked well for me in the past

Black gold works good, but is expensive, strawberry jello mixed into a liquid works too and is a heck of alot cheaper.

Cheap beer and crack corn works great. I used them on a ranch that had a dep permit once before.

BY The way I have a trap forsale $150 to the 1st taker.
