Let's see now, there is three rifles leaning against the refrigerator, 12 ga auto in the hallway, 7 more rifles leaning on the reloading bench, A .44mag SBH Hunter hanging by the front door, a SP101 2" .357 on the reloading bench, a .44 SBH, a ,44SRH, and two single sixes on the shelf. Never saw much point in a gun safe because the house is the hub, centered in five big dog yards with 20 airedales. I always figured if they are tough enough to get to the house, they can have whatever they are still able to carry.LOL

Hicntry,
That's awesome, you live in a beautiful place up there.
I have a friend who used to work at a mill and he built a incredible house from hand selected wood. He lives in Carson City now but is still a true Mountain Man.

As for the Guns? Thats pretty dang cool too. Wish I could live in a place like that.
OK I'm back on topic sorry guys.

Here's what I've got and what I've determined to spend all of my future earnings on:

Beneli Nova 12 guage, 28" vent rib, true glo front bead, parkerized
Springfield Armory 1903-a3 in 30-06 with a burris fullfield II 3-9x40
Ruger 10/22
Ruger Single Six .22
Ruger Single Six .32HMR
El Cheap-O Big5 single shot 12guage

In process this month: Savage, Steyr or Rem700 in .270 or 30-06
In process this month: Ruger SBH or SRH or S&W 629 in .44 magnum

Right after that:
A ruger MK22 target .22 semi OR a Hammerli/Sig .22 semi.
A good, inexpensive muzzle loader like a CV or Knight.
A .44 Navy Arms blackpowder service revolver.

And finally after all of that - I NEED two more shotguns:
Baikal Semi-Auto MP153, Walnut stock, in 12guage (duck)
Izh27 Over/Under, nickel plated engraved receiver in 20guage (quail+dove)

WHEW.

Then I'll have to find me a good red neck woman 'cause my city wife will have left me and taken the five dollars I'll have left over as alimony.

If you have to ask, you don't have enough!

More than I can count on my fingers and toes (just barely), and well over the amount necessary for Hitlery Rotten Klingon to declare my collection an "arsenal".

Karstic, I was born in Whittier but grew up in Hacienda Heights. I bought some property next door to the house I lived in untill 2nd grade and built three new houses behind the existing house. We live in one of the new ones now.
