My boss had me going today he calls me up and says hey is there any way you could cover on call the weekend of the 2nd and I said nope got a pig hunt hesays well cant you rescheduel now im gettin pissed I said nope he said well were a team and you need to be a team player I am fuming at this point and tell him he can take his team spirit and shove it im going hunting and the day off request has been in for over a month im going hunting like it or not then he starts busting up laughing and says J/K.We will see whos laughing if I get the job I interviewed for last week

Good morning all Its lunch time at work. Im the department head in the Utilities Department For the City I work in. We operate and maintain the water and wastewater treatment plants. Well my office is at the wastewater plant (everybody goes peeeeuuuu) But there is a good side, we are out in the middle of nowhere, out of sight out of mind. Anyway we have this problem with ground squirls and rabbits lots of rabbits. So i decided to do a little warm up for the hunt, got to work 1 1/2 hours early with my bow and sticks in tow and i had one of those morrnings where you just cant miss, scored on 5 rabbits and 1 squirl. Man it felt good

Stick and string. I shoot a Black Widow PSA V, the sticks are really easton legacy's I tried shooting wood but im to picky i need all my arrows flying the same or it drives my nuts.

I do have some stats for you guys.
19 hogs arrowed this year, 14 recovered and 5 lost.
This will be the first year where I've kept good records all year.
It'll be nice to sit down at the end of the year and review them.

I have 3 day weekend work tuesday and wensday and took off thursday Just so I could pack and repack to make sure I have everything before oneshot pics me up on thursday. C-ya at the gate
