hunting Colorado area 301.??

does anyone have experience in this area..?

Just booked a hunt there, I`ve hunted in area 211 Next to it in the past but I have never hunted 301.

Hunt 301 during the 4th season

You need snow in GMU 4 to push the Elk into 3/301

last time in unit 211 was hot. really hot , t shirts at 10 am. during the first combined season. 2003.

seen big herds (+/- 150 animals) in gmu 301 but I didnt had a tag. and the time was not o.k.

i hunted 301 in 06 and there was no snow for 1st season and no elk
