Hunting On V-day

Anybody going to be out hunting this Saturday? If I don't go Pheasant hunting (at a Club) I am thinking of hitting Sonoma for the 3rd weekend in a row.

Another question is how many of you will go hunting and leave the wife or girlfriend at home or take them with you. Thats a great Valentines day in my book.

My girlfriends parents are coming into town thursday and will be here for a week. More than likely I will be hunting somewhere.

Looks like I'll be there Saturday morning and be back in time to cook some venison backstrap for our romantic v-day dinner!....I spoil my wife alot and get lots of hunting time in return.

Lots of pigs out in Cazadero area.
It also ranks #2 in California for the most rain. 80+ inches a year.

The wife and I will be picking my new Tikka on Veterans day. She insists on buying me a new Nikon scope for it, says not to take the scope off the old rifle, it should stay intact for "backup".
