Tejon simply is an amazing place. Can't say I have ever hunted a place with so many different types of critters. The roads can be VERY nasty this time of year, but it's very do able. Everybody has given great advice. GET UP HIGH and GLASS, GLASS, GLASS....Bring LOTS of rope...Those canyons can be hell and if you drop a hog in a deep hellhole, your gonna need a ton of line. Goodluck.

my buddy and I are all signed up for the end of Feb. Thanks for all the advice, I am looking forward to exploring Tejon and possibly taking my first CA Hog (My only kills are from TX).

Is anyone else going to be there for the end of Feb hunt? I would love to share some stories around the campfire and absorb whatever knowledge I can. Who knows, I may try to liquor you up until you spill all your honey holes...

That right there is the proper way to get someone's honey hole.

Just remember that sometimes right is left and north is east... especially after a couple too many drinks.
