Hunting X9B

Hey guys anyone know anything about hunting X9B? Me and my buddy drew tags and I have a week slotted to hunt during season. Went up in July to scout and saw a TON of does and one spike but no big boys. Doing one more scouting trip next weekend, any advice for scouting this area particularly the southern portion. Want to launch from horseshoe meadows but open to other ideas.....
