I couldnt stand the suspense any longer

Well, I've been saving up for some nice zoom lenses ( and/or a nice prime). According to my plan, I will save enough by next March to purchase them. But my problem is that I have been driving by some prime whitetail areas on my way to work (just recently changed job locations). One place that I drive by is a big preserve. So everyday I go to and from work, almost running off the road because I'm hanging my head out the window looking for or at deer out there. Well, this was frustrating, so I came to grips with the fact that I need to have a bigger lens handy so that I can do some photography on my way home from work. I just bought a used canon 75-300 IS USM. Its not an "awesome" lens, but its much better than what I have now (which is ... nothing ...) It will have to get me by until I can fork over enough money for some of the nicer/low light performing lenses.
