after just observing the forum, finally i got something to post again....
i got this boar last weekend, it weight about 100lbs. i was sitting on hillside facing a ridge with heavy pig trails.
at about 4pm i saw this boar coming from the bushes in from the top of the ridge heading down to the river. the distance was about 250meters, then i saw him stopping in a small clearing. i Squeezed the trigger of my 270 win, then he went down rolling for about 75meters, but then he started to run away, i sent another round and he finally went down for good.
i found out the the first bullet hit a bit left hitting the front leg since i miss calculated the wind and the second shot hit him in the boiler room.
