GWhunter69,
this will be my first year hunting on the west coast after years hunting on the east coast that is why i joined JHO to learn as much as i could about w.coast hunting and its game and find other hunters like me who have a passion for archery and bowhunting
which i love to talk about. after years of hunting whitetails i look forward to hunting mulies and blacktails. i have a AO#1 tag good for A,B or D zones and 2 wild piggie tags, a bear tag and a upland stamp for fall turkey, i just need land to hunt on now i have everything else...........tra
Roman, I'm in the same boat... I had a great spot and got spoiled. Now it's public land or pay-to-play (which I can't afford for deer). I keep playing those numbers, though... one day and $70million later, I'm gonna have my own hunting property!
Yep...same thing here, southern boy trying to adapt from whitetails to west coast critters. I like it much better than sitting in a tree all way waiting for something to happen, i'd rather make things happen and earn my deer. I've been doing hill repeats twice a week, so next deer i see a mile away at the top of the hill, well...he better get ready!
Spec.....no worries and no harm meant. Just figured LD would be a perfect son-in-law for ya.
Call me when you get that 70million and buy some property.....
