LOL....I see that all the time. I'm all for catching poachers and I think they should do this year-round. It is chronic on all the oil and gas lease lands...in those cases they should also force the oil and gas leasees to pay for patrols and pay added fines [ say 100x individual fines]. They have dozens of cases of animals with the head removed and everything else left.
