Maybe its not such a bad idea. I never thought about it but yes ariel recon would be a big advantage over say some one who can only scout once a month or so.

Sounds fair to me.

Course if my B-I-L just happens to fly over a couple of days into my trip and radios me and suggest I hunt the south side of the mountain, is that okay??????????????

No but the chances of getting caught are slim to none.

Well I'm not sure. Its one thing to be deliberately flying around scouting. However, your on vacation and paid 5,000 bucks for 4 days of hunting. Now you have one day of sitting on your butt and 3 days of hunting.
