Heard from Kentuck..........All he could say was "ELK DOWN" but was to tired to tell me the story. Any body that knows him knows that he must have been tired not to tell me the whole story. Congrats Kentuck and I cant wait to hear about it!!!!!
Home now and WOW! What an experience. My first out of state hunt of this kind. I don't count the whitetail hunts to KY since I stay and hunt with family there.
Here's a pick of my elk. Too tired to do up the story now and besides I haven't seen the family for a week. More tomorrow......
Great job Kentuck, that should be a great eating Elk. We used to do alot of hunting in that area. Did you get a chance to get into Atlanta? Used to go there about every other weekend and party when I was younger, 25 years ago. I haven't been back since 83 and I heard it has changed quite a bit.
Again congratulation.
Jon
Atta boy Monty, congrats on your elk. I'm looking forward to hearing the whole story and seeing some pics!!! Now you can rest up for the hogs at Mikes, good luck on that too.
