I've been invited to hunt Elk in Iowa some time with in the next two years. Has anyone hunted Elk there ?? I'll be hunting with some locals who are loggers and know the hunt area like the back of there hand.

I've never hunted Elk so this will be one of my dream hunts..

You shouldn't need a tag. The only elk in Iowa are behind fence. There are several though.
