In a matter of minutes, Allen Swicegood and his daughter, Sarah Jones, walked away from suburban life and into a patch of deer woods that looked like something you’d find in the Ozarks. Moments after parking their truck at the end of a cul-de-sac, they took a short hike into a 67-acre tract filled with timber, overgrown vegetation, clearings and a creek bottom.
