Here are the updated lists for the March and April JHO hunts at Wild Hog Adventures(chopper's place). A couple people have switched hunts.

March 25, 26, 27
Deposits due February 15th

1. Pigig
2. cal hunter
3. lag911
4. SierraExplorer
5. Copperjohn
6. Bighorn67 (tentative)
7. Gyopo (tentative)
8.

April 1,2,3
Deposits due February 22nd

1. & 2. Bubba+1
3. Jdhowe75
4. Orso
5. BDB
6. Jesse (Spectre17)
7. Arrowslinger
8. Buckeye

There is also talk that 1 more person from the March hunt wants to move to the April hunt. That would make 9 in the April hunt. That's a bit tight for the cabin. I'll leave it up to the confirmed April hunters to decide. Let me know. Also keep in mind that there are only 5 confirmed right now for the March hunt, and with one possibly moving to April, only 4 confirmed. Without at least 6 in the March hunt, there will be no discount for pig or pig/turkey combo. Regular price of $450 for the pig hunt or $700 for the combo will apply.

Thanks for the switch. I would have had to bail on the March hunt due to work conflicts. I'm a huge snoring machine so I'll probably save all of you the sleepless nights and kick it in the Durango or a tent if it's OK with Chopper.

I can't wait!!!

The "acoustics" at the cabin are not so great that you would have to sleep outside.Beleve me I've been there with some of the best snore'ers, myself included. Its a great place to hunt pigs. Cant wait to go back.

I'd be willing to switch to the March hunt to give someone else an opportunity to hunt up there. I'll post up next week 'bout it.

If I can make some money between now and then, I'll try to fill in one of those spots. But don't hold one for me 'til my money's in the bank.

Sure would like to have a rematch with that l'il ol' boar though.

And 1 still tentative.
I have not heard from SierraExplorer lately(he must have lost my mailing address)
<

but I heard from one of the other guys that he might want to switch to April. If that is the case, I'll move arrowslinger to the March hunt.

Chopper- I hope the "He wanting get moved to April" was not refered to me.
<
Really-
<

I have not discussed/ told anyone about this- not even my wife till last Wednesday when I learned for the first time that this is also Easter weekend. I learned that along with my wife from someone on one of those hunts scheduled.
<
It was- IS/Will Be my UTMOST desire to have the first crack at them HOGS on your ranch.
<

I got an email form someone that I read and never responed to- that made no sense to me in the context and I did not reply- ( No I did not email myself
<
) But in short- they wanted me to trade my spot with myself???? so that they could move to April??

I know- It makes no sence to me as I read this email and /against reading this post-- It still makes no sence to me.
<
All I know is that I am looking SO forward to shaking your hand again andHUNTING !

Chopper- I will try to call you before 1000 tommorow. Or on my phone anytime - 925-783-6180. I may be sleeping in tomorrow "a little" as I burned my body out to get my bodyclock straight asap for tommorow- final arangements?
<

Thanks Bro!
Counting down in my sleep even,
<

Dan

PS- Cal Hunter- give me a call when you are free.

O.K. then, the last list I posted is correct then. Slinger will stay in April, or not. If he wants to mave to March, there is still room. But as of right now, April is full.

Hey Guys,

I have to pull out of the March hunt because of something that has come up. I apologize for not being able to make it work. You all have a great time and get a hog for me.

OK: out of the meeting and able to set work aside and get on to the really meaningful things that life has to offer.
<

Got to say with all sincerety thanks for sharing this opportunity with me. I have never met any of you yet but looking forward to it
<

Do we send our deposits to a club member or directly to Chopper!
I have never hunted with him before but I do have his site and email saved.

I understand there are options for sleeping at the ranch, a cabin bring your own tent or sleep uder the stars. Maybe a BBQ pit for
<
grilling some rib eyes with new freinds.
